My fine hand spun silk yarn.

I hand spun this lovely silk, all of 100gms,last year.  I've been waiting to find the right colours to add to it to give it more depth.

During my visit to woolfest I found a some wonderful variegated silk yarn that had different tones of gold, green, blue and pink from Helen Brotherton owner of www.myfineweavingyarn.co.uk.  This is 100% silk has added richness I wanted to my hand spun.

I am really pleased with the result and so I contacted Helen Brotherton owner of www.myfineweavingyarn..co.uk, to tell her of the results, which I think made her day.  Then next thing now is to look for a lacey shawl knitting pattern for spring. What do you think?   Any ideas please do let me know, leave a comment.
